Our online fashion handbag retail store offers free shipping via China Post Registered Air Mail or ePacket for orders placed on our website. But please note that currently we can not ship to countries that are not in our country list.
Items will be shipped within 5 business days after verified payments are received.
It is your responsibility to make sure that the products and the packages do not violate you country's or customs' local laws or regulations and can get through your customs, and to make sure that you can pay any tax, tariff, duties or fees at your customs. We can not be held responsible or provide refund if the products can not get through your custom for reasons unrelated to us.
Please provide valid delivery address and contact information and make sure you are available to receive the items when the items are delivered to you. We can not provide refund for undeliverable items due to invalid delivery address or contact information or because you are not available to receive the items when the items are delivered to you.
If you pay with your PayPal account, we need you provide your delivery address that match your PayPal verified address. If you pay with your PayPal account and provide your delivery address that dose not match your PayPal verified address, we will refund your payment and cancel your order, and you are responsible for any fees that PayPal may charge in this process.
We always do our best to make sure that every products that we ship is in perfect condition. If you do receive a faulty or damaged product upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days since the receipt of the items to resolve the issues. But please note that we can not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to us.

If you are not happy with your order, you can return the item for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days from the purchase date. All returned items must be in perfect unused condition, with all components, complete with original packaging. If the items are not in original condition, please contact us first before returning them as this may save you some unnecessary costs. And you are responsible for the costs of shipping the items back to us. It is recommended that you return your unwanted items using registered post or a courier that provides online tracking. We can not be held responsible if the returned items are lost in transit.
